In 2006, Huang Zhichang founded Rui’an Changda Machinery Manufacturing Factory which has always been engaged in the R&D and manufacturing of air compressors and providing innovative and environmental-friendly compressed air equipment and solutions for industrial and laboratory clients. The Company has been renamed as Rui’an Bes Compressor Manufacturing Co., Ltd as proposed by the clients.
